This agreement protects the integrity of the Jobmapia infrastructure and governs all professional interactions within the ecosystem.

Use of this terminal constitutes absolute agreement to these protective protocols.

The Infrastructure Role

Jobmapia Solutions ("Jobmapia") operates solely as a technology infrastructure provider. We facilitate the discovery and orchestration of handshakes between third-party Specialists ("Expert Partners") and Clients.

Financial Protocol & Reductions

The Jobmapia ecosystem depends on the structural integrity of our platform and gateway fees. All bookings are subject to the following non-negotiable reductions:

15% Platform Processing

Covers matchmaking, insurance, and OS maintenance.

3% Payment Gateway Fee

Covers Billplz FPX and DuitNow QR secure rails.

Withdrawal & Settlement Restriction

Withdrawal to external bank accounts is strictly reserved for verified Expert Partners (Specialists). Settlement logic follows these parameters:

Standard Tier

Processed within 3-5 working days. Subject to a 0% Processing Fee.

Express Tier

Processed within 24 hours. Subject to an 8% Express Surcharge.

Anti-Leakage & Theft Prevention

Bypassing the platform ("Leakage") is strictly prohibited. Sharing contact details or soliciting off-platform payments is a material breach of contract.

ENFORCEMENT: Detected leakage results in immediate account blackholing. Any pending wallet balance will be forfeited to cover investigative costs.

Documentation & Payslip Integrity

All job statements and payslips generated via the Jobmapia terminal are intended for Internal Processing and Information Purposes Only.

"Jobmapia is NOT liable for the use of these documents for external applications (loans, credit cards, etc.). These do not constitute legal proof of employment or stable income."
